Speed-Up Rules

     Speed-up Rules may be adopted for any single game by mutual agreement of the coaches and captains of the opposing teams prior to the start of the game. The tournament committee or tournament chairperson(s) prior to the start of the game(s) to be affected must institute speed-up rules for any game or series of games in tournament play. All coaches and umpires for the affected games must be notified prior to the start of the first affected game.
